On November 3, 2022, LendingTree, Inc. (the “Registrant”) announced
financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2022. A copy
of the related press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and a
copy of the related Shareholder Letter is attached hereto as
Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
