KANZHUN LIMITED (“BOSS Zhipin” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: BZ), a leading online recruitment platform in China, today announced that due to a scheduling conflict, the Company has changed the date to announce its unaudited consolidated results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022 from June 20, 2022 to June 24, 2022.

The Company will host a conference call on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 8:00PM Beijing Time (8:00AM U.S. Eastern Time) to discuss the results.
