ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On September 12, 2022, Kaival Brands Innovations Group, Inc. (the
“Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s results
of operations for the three and nine months ended July 31, 2022. A
copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this
Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference
herein.
