Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On September 9, 2021, J2 Global, Inc. (the “Company”) will participate in the DA Davidson 20th Annual Software and Internet Conference. No Webcast is available.

On September 13, 2021, J2 Global, Inc. (the “Company”) will participate in the Piper Sandler Global Technology Conference. Webcast information will become available at a later date on Company’s website or that of Piper Sandler.

On September 13, 2021, J2 Global, Inc. (the “Company”) will participate in the Citi’s 2021 Global Technology Virtual Conference. No Webcast is available.

As part of the Company’s participation in the conferences, the Company is reaffirming its previously issued updated financial estimates for fiscal 2021.
