ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On December 7, 2020, Intuit Inc. issued a press release updating its financial outlook for the fiscal quarter ending January 31, 2021 and the fiscal year ending July 31, 2021 to reflect Intuit's acquisition of Credit Karma, Inc. on December 3, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.01.
