On July 11, 2023, InterDigital, Inc. (the “Company”) received a cash payment in the amount of $184.9 million related to its UK High Court case against
Lenovo equal to the amount the court ordered Lenovo to pay for a license through 2023. At this time the Company expects to defer recognizing any additional catch-up revenue until the appeal process progresses.
