On July 11, 2019, Insignia Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has commenced litigation against News Corporation, News America Marketing FSI L.L.C., and News America Marketing In-Store Services L.L.C. The text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
