On February 21, 2023, INmune Bio Inc. issued a press release announcing it will host a conference call on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 4:30 PM Eastern Time to discuss results for its fourth quarter ended December 31, 2022 and to provide a corporate update. A copy of the press release is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
