These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $17.95 to $18.00, inclusive. (2)	This Form 4 is is not timely filed. The untimely filing of this Form 4 caused the total amount of securities beneficially reported by the Reporting Person in the Forms 4 filed on October 23, 2020 and June 11, 2021 to be underreported by 2,000 shares. As of the date of this filing, July 15, 2021, 2021, the Reporting Person is the direct beneficial owner of 13,260 shares of the common stock of the Issuer.
