On December 10, 2019, Impinj, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing the Companys proposed private
offering of $75.0 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2026 pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein
