Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 18, 2021, IES Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, IES Residential, Inc. has acquired, as of May 18, 2021, 80% of the membership interests of Edmonson Electric, LLC, a Land O' Lakes, FL-based provider of residential electric, low voltage, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installation services. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
