On February 5, 2021, IES Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fiscal 2021 first quarter. A copy of the press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1.

On February 5, 2021, the Company posted to its website, www.ies-co.com, under the Investor Relations section, a presentation with the title “IES Holdings, Inc.–First Quarter 2021 Update.” A copy of the presentation is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.2.
