Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 14, 2022, we issued a press release announcing the
declaration of a regular quarterly cash dividend of twenty-seven
and one-half cents per share ($0.275). The dividend was declared on
November 11, 2022 and is payable Friday, December 9, 2022 to
stockholders of record as of Monday, November 28, 2022. The press
release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
and is incorporated herein by reference.
