Other Events.

 

On September 19, 2022, H&E Equipment Services, Inc. issued a press release in which it announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire One Source Equipment Rentals, Inc., for a base purchase price of $130 million in cash, before customary adjustments. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
