January 4, 2023 from the Staff of The
Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq"), notifying the Company that it
was not in compliance with the annual meeting requirement set forth
in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5620(a) for continued listing on Nasdaq. The
Company today announced that on February 1,
2023, Nasdaq informed the Company that it is now back in
compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5620(a) following its Annual
General Meeting held on January 31,
2023 and this matter is now closed.
