On January 22, 2021, Green Brick Partners, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release in which it reported selected preliminary financial and operational results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2020.

A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
