On August 23, 2021, Great Elm Capital Corp. issued the press release attached as exhibit 99.1 to this report announcing that its third quarter 2021 quarterly cash distribution of $0.10 per share will be payable on September 30, 2021 to stockholders of record as of September 15, 2021.
