Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 16, 2021, UWM Holdings Corporation, (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. Additionally, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share on the outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock. The dividend is payable on October 6, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 10, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
