distribution of kosher foods, announced today that Ms. Einat Peled
Shapira submitted notice of her resignation as CEO of the
Company, effective as of April 1,
2021.
The Company's Board of Directors thanks Ms. Peled Shapira for her service and wishes her
every success in her future endeavors.
The Company is currently searching for a replacement for Ms.
Peled Shapira as CEO.
