On March 16, 2021, Fulton Financial Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it commenced a tender offer to purchase for cash (the “Offer”) up to a maximum aggregate principal amount of $75,000,000 of its 4.500% Subordinated Notes due 2024 (CUSIP No. 360271 AJ9) and up to a maximum aggregate principal amount of $60,000,000 of its 3.60% Senior Notes due 2022 (CUSIP No. 360271 AK6). A copy of the press release announcing the Offer is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
