Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Each Restricted Stock Unit represents the contingent right to receive one share of FLDM common stock.
(2)	On June 11, 2018, the Reporting Person was granted 125,000 Restricted Stock Units vesting as to 1/16th of the total number of shares on August 20, 2018, and as to 1/16th of the total number of shares each quarter thereafter.
(3)	On February 19, 2019, the Reporting Person was granted 110,112 Restricted Stock Units vesting as to 1/4th of the total number of shares on February 20, 2020, and as to 1/16th of the total number of shares each quarter thereafter.
(4)	On March 10, 2020, the Reporting Person was granted 123,555 Restricted Stock Units vesting as to 1/4th of the underlying shares on February 20, 2021, and as to 1/16th of the total number of shares each quarter thereafter.
(5)	On May 23, 2020, the Reporting Person was granted 310,000 Restricted Stock Units vesting as to 1/2 of the total number of shares on May 20, 2021, and as to 1/4th of the total number of shares on each of May 20, 2022 and May 20, 2023.
