(2)	Includes shares acquired pursuant to the company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan and dividend equivalent units accrued on restricted stock units.

Remarks:
This Form 4/A amends and restates the reporting person's Form 4 filed on March 19, 2021 to report a grant of restricted stock units effective March 17, 2021. The initial filing incorrectly reported the transaction as an open market sale due to administrative error.
