On September 15, 2020, pursuant to a Share Repurchase and Cooperation Agreement dated that date, the Reporting Person transferred 330,231 shares of Common Stock, along with $2,752,617 in cash, as consideration to repurchase 1,130,152 shares of the Reporting Person's own common stock, par value $0.001 per share. As of September 15, 2020, the closing price per share of the Reporting Person's common stock as quoted on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC was $4.58.
