(b) On March 11, 2020, Kenneth I. Chenault informed Facebook, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors of the Company at the Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) in order to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Chenault will continue to serve as a director until the date of the Annual Meeting.
