(1) This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $1.385 to $1.40 per share. The price reported represents the weighted average purchase price of these trades. The reporting person hereby undertakes to provide upon request to the SEC staff, the issuer, or a security holder of the issuer, full information regarding the shares purchased at each separate price.
(2) The reporting person's direct holdings were inadvertently omitted from his last filing, which was filed with the SEC on January 3, 2022.
(3) The shares reported in this Form 4 are shares of common stock in which Mr. Stidoloph has a pecuniary interest in that are held directly by AltEnergy I, AltEnergy II, AltEnergy V, AltEnergy VI, Bridge, Transmission or Bridge II. Mr. Stidolph is the managing director of AltEnergy, the managing member of each of AltEnergy I, AltEnergy II, AltEnergy V, AltEnergy VI, Bridge, Transmission and Bridge II, and has voting and dispositive power with respect to the securities owned by AltEnergy I, AltEnergy II, AltEnergy V, AltEnergy VI, Bridge, Transmission and Bridge II.
