Explanation of Responses:
(1)  On April 26, 2022, the reporting person mistakenly filed a Form 4 reporting a grant of restricted stock units and two grants of options to purchase common stock. These grants were made prior to the reporting person's appointment as an insider of the Issuer and should have been reported on the reporting person's Form 3. The Form 3 has been amended to reflect these grants.
