Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 2, 2020, Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), pursuant to a Current Report on Form 8-K, disclosed that David Fuller was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). On October 25, 2020, Mr. Fuller was appointed as a member of each of the audit committee and the corporate governance committee of the Board.
