Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) (along with its
subsidiaries, "Charter") today announced that its subsidiaries,
Charter Communications Operating, LLC and Charter Communications
Operating Capital Corp., have closed on $3.0
billion in aggregate principal amount of notes consisting of
the following securities:
- $1.6 billion in aggregate
principal amount of senior secured notes due 2031 (the "2031
Notes"). The 2031 Notes bear interest at a rate of 2.800% per annum
and were issued at a price of 99.561% of the aggregate principal
amount.
- $1.4 billion in aggregate
principal amount of senior secured notes due 2051 (the "2051
Notes," and together with the 2031 Notes, the "Notes"). The 2051
Notes bear interest at a rate of 3.700% per annum and were issued
at a price of 99.217% of the aggregate principal amount.
The Notes were issued pursuant to an effective automatic shelf
registration statement on Form S-3 filed with the Securities
and Exchange Commission ("SEC").
The joint book-running managers for the senior secured notes
