On November 7, 2022, Avalo Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
