Item 2.02			Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

Camden National Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on January 26, 2021 announcing earnings for the fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. A supplemental presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 and a quarterly letter from the Company's Chief Executive Officer to stockholders is attached as Exhibit 99.3.
