On October 21, 2021, Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation (the “Corporation”), the parent of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, issued a Press Release announcing the results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. The Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
