The Registrant expects to report revenues of approximately $6.5 million for the year ended December 31, 2018 as compared to revenues of $8.5 million for the year ended December 31, 2017. The Registrant expects that it will report a net loss of approximately $5.9 million for the year ended December 31, 2018 as compared to net loss of $1.6 million for the year ended December 31, 2017.
