8.01 Other Events.
On
November 21, 2022, Blue Water Vaccines, Inc. (the “Company”) issued
a press release announcing the signing of an exclusive, global
license agreement (the “Agreement”) for the development of a live
attenuated, oral Chlamydia vaccine candidate with The University of
Texas Health San Antonio (“UT Health San Antonio”).
The
full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this
Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference in this Item
8.01.
The
foregoing (including Exhibit 99.1) is being furnished pursuant to
Item 8.01 and will not be deemed to be filed for purposes of
