Pfizer, BioNTech in Vaccine Advance Purchase Agreement With Covax

Pfizer Inc. and BioNTech SE reached an advance purchase
agreement for up to 40 million Covid-19 vaccine doses with the
Covax worldwide vaccination initiative.
The companies said doses will be delivered throughout 2021. The
first doses are expected to be delivered in the first quarter,
subject to negotiation and execution of supply agreements.
For the Covax Advance Market Commitment's 92 countries, Pfizer
and BioNTech will provide the vaccine to Covax at a not-for-profit
price.
