On December 22, 2021, Dr. Ravindra Majeti provided notice to BeyondSpring Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective immediately. Dr. Majeti’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Board.
