(b) Departure of Executive Officer Bank of Marin, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of Marin Bancorp (NASDAQ: BMRC) , reported the resignation of James S. Kimball, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective June 19, 2019. The resignation of Mr. Kimball is not the result of any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices.
