Atlantica Yield announces withdrawal of proposed offering of senior notes

November 20, 2018 – Atlantica Yield Plc (“Atlantica Yield,” NASDAQ: AY) announced today that it has decided not to proceed with the previously announced offering of $300 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes (the “Notes”) in response to broader market conditions.
