Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.

On March 22, 2022, Reshma Rangwala, M.D., Ph.D. notified Aravive, Inc. (the “Company”) of her decision to resign as the Company’s Chief Medical Officer, effective as of March 28, 2022. Dr. Rangwala’s resignation was not associated with or attributable to any disagreement with the Company.
