On October 19, 2020, Aptinyx Inc. (the “Company”) announced top-line data from the Company’s Phase 2 study of NYX-783 in patients with post-traumatic stress disorder. A copy of the slide presentation relating to these data is being filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
