On June 10, 2019, Aptinyx Inc. issued a press release titled “Aptinyx Reports Positive Top-line Data from Phase 2 Study of NYX-2925 in Patients with Fibromyalgia, Demonstrating Significant Effects on Both Biomarkers and Patient-Reported Pain”. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
