(Nasdaq: ANDE) announces a third quarter 2019 cash dividend of
17 cents ($0.17) per share payable on July 22, 2019, to shareholders of record as of
July 1, 2019.
This is The Andersons' 91st consecutive quarterly
cash dividend since listing on the Nasdaq on February 20, 1996. There are approximately 32.5
million common shares outstanding.
