(d) (1) On September 18, 2019, the Registrant appointed Julie A. Raney as a director of the Registrant, American River Bankshares, and the Registrants’ subsidiary, American River Bank, effective September 19, 2019. Registrant issued a press release dated September 23, 2019 regarding the appointment of Ms. Raney as a director of the Registrant and American River Bank, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
