Item 8.01 Other Events.

America First Multifamily Investors, L.P. announces its regular quarterly distribution to Beneficial Unit Certificate (“BUC”) holders of $0.125 per BUC. The distribution will be paid on July 31, 2019 to all BUC holders of record as of the close of trading on June 28, 2019.
