May 3, 2022, Brad Thompson, PhD resigned from the board of
directors (the “Board”) of Enveric Biosciences, Inc.
(the “Company”). Dr. Thompson’s resignation was not
the result of any disagreement regarding any matter relating to the
Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
