floodwaters caused two dams to fail, leading to the evacuation of
thousands of locals.
The Edenville and Sanford dams were breached on Tuesday,
prompting the calls to evacuate. Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has declared a state of
emergency.
"Officials are warning that some areas could be under 9 feet of
water by (Wednesday) afternoon," said Scott
