Explanatory Note

On March 8, 2019, Acorda Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K to report that Andrew Hindman, Chief Business Officer, will transition out of the Company over the coming months. This amendment to the initial 8-K is being filed by the Company for the purpose of updating the original report.

The Company is reporting that Andrew Hindman, Chief Business Officer, voluntarily resigned effective May 31, 2019.
