On April 4, 2019, Abraxas issued a news release announcing borrowing base redetermination and presentation at IPAA OGIS New York. The full text of the release is attached as Exhibit 99.1

 

Abraxas meets with analysts and investors on a regular basis.  The Abraxas’ April 2019 Corporate Update presentation, attached as Exhibit 99.2 will be used in these discussions.
