Mexican airport group Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte SAB de CV, known as OMA, said late Sunday that Fintech Advisory Inc. has entered into an agreement with a subsidiary of Vinci Airport SAS to indirectly sell 29.9% of OMA's capital stock.

The deal will be implemented through the sale to Vinci of OMA subsidiaries Servicios de Tecnología Aeroportuaria, SA de CV--known as SETA--and Aerodrome Infrastructure Sarl, the company said. The purchase price for the sale of SETA is about $587.7 million, while the price agreed on for Aerodrome is about $236.7 million, OMA said.

Closing of the transaction is expected by the end of 2022, Vinci said, adding that the deal will bring its network to more than 70 airports in 13 countries. As part of the agreement, Vinci will retain a 25-year concession on the airports, it said.
