Airbus SE said Tuesday that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Kuwaiti airline Jazeera Airways Co. for an order of 28 aircraft.

The European plane maker said that the order includes 20 A320neo narrowbody jets and eight A321neo jets.

The new commitment comes during the Dubai air show after Airbus announced Monday that U.S.-based Air Lease Corp. signed a letter of intent for 111 aircraft and a deal on Sunday with a consortium of airlines for 255 narrowbody aircraft.
