Garden State Hospitals Can Now Enjoy MedClean Guaranteed Saving
Program BETHEL, Conn., May 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MedClean
Technologies, Inc. (OTC:MCLN) (BULLETIN BOARD: MCLN) , a provider
of innovative technology and services for onsite treatment and
disposal of regulated medical waste (RMW), today announced that it
has been approved to proceed with sales and installation efforts in
N.J. following a joint authorization issued by the state Department
of Environmental Protection and Department of Health and Senior
Services. The authorization was the culmination of an extensive
review process during which MedClean executives and industry
consultants collaborated closely with senior members of both N.J.
departments. The approval enables Garden State hospitals to enjoy
MedClean's program of guaranteed savings on costs for off-site
hauling and treatment of regulated medical waste (RMW), sharps and
HIPAA-compliant confidential document destruction. The state of New
Jersey has one of the most rigorous review processes and this is
the first such approval for an on-site hospital system granted
since 2005. "With the opening of MedClean's N.J. office in Scotch
Plains last year, we are poised to deliver proven savings and safe,
compliant services to the state's hospitals," said Scott Grisanti,
President and CEO of MedClean Technologies, Inc. "MedClean's strong
value proposition is built on expense reduction, risk mitigation,
and environmental protection for host communities. We look forward
to implementing the MedClean On-Demand Series of turnkey
containerized systems, along with traditional in-house systems, to
hospitals that desire efficacious, reliable, cost effective
solutions for on-site treatment of RMW and HIPAA-compliant
confidential document destruction." Mr. Grisanti continued, "As a
lifelong resident of N.J., I am grateful for the opportunity to
serve our state's healthcare community and am thankful for the
thorough and thoughtful process employed by the Department of
Environmental Protection and the Department of Health and Senior
Services." About MedClean Technologies, Inc. MedClean Technologies,
